AUBURN, Alabama — The next episode of Driving Plains is a doozy.

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn will join Auburn Undercover editor Brandon Marcello on the show that features Auburn figures, coaches and legends as they drive around the loveliest village on the Plains.

The half-hour show will be spit into multiple parts. The first portion of the episode will debut June 25 exclusively on Auburn Undercover.

Malzahn and Marcello go one-on-one as they drive around Auburn’s campus, including Toomer’s Corner. Topics include the upcoming football season, wife Kristi Malzahn’s influence at Auburn, his upbringing in Arkansas, job rumors, the early pains/happiness of marriage, getting started in coaching (and admitting he needed a lot of help early in his career), why he never cusses (and when did he stop cussing?), his new life as a grandpa, what he believes will happen at Auburn over the next four years, his pitch to fans on why there should be a new football complex and much more.

Driving Plains is a one-man production produced by Marcello. Episode 1 featured Auburn basketball coach Bruce Pearl. You can check out the first episode below:
