Scoot....just wondering if you were gonna make it up for the game? I'm sure there will be plenty of folks crawling out of their shantys and firing up the caravan here this way. I shudder to think of the unwashed mass of Cajun filth that is gonna infest our fair and beautiful town this weekend.
How did they get the nickname of corndogs?
McCalleb will fly by Landry several times Sat. night!!
They may beat us by 40 this week but we will win in the sniff test every time..........
It is with great pleasure that I present
I'll be up there
Long trip for your lawnmower don't you think? Better get a tune up.
Vickey Vaillancourt already took care of it for me
I gave the REAL story on a thread that got put on the Botta board this week. But I will give you the cliffs notes version...
There once was a Fresh made Corndog Trailor that set right under the LSU section at JHS. After the 1994 INT game. A Bunch of rowdy and very happy AU fans wandered over to that section and started chanting something about corndogs and lsu fans...what was a joyful group of Au students turned in to a hot mess of lsu fans and AU students arguing and fighting over the derogatory claims being made by the AU fans telling them they smelled like corndogs. Hence ever since then I have heard the refered to as corn dogs....
I worked at JHS for 8 years from 1993-2001 and I will tell you this, Even though that stand was there for every game...It never worked as hard as an lsu game. It is a well known fact amoung Concessionaires that if lsu comes to town....They are gonna eat you out of house and home. My old saying was "If you smeared Kecthup on the walls the lsu fans would eat. They eat EVERYTHING. the top five best concessions sales days at AU for the time I was there were 1-4 LSU games. And one random thuga game.
So with that being the short version.....Hope it makes sense to all.
WR DAMN EAGLE.....!!
Trash talk line.....
Whats the diff between a lsu fan and a corndog......NOTHIN they both are dipped in batter and DEEP FRIED!!!
If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
I'm here bro... HOw'd I miss out on this?
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
Just jokes just jokes ...but for good measure...
Auburn is going to need a purell shower after this weekend to get the smell of corndogs and swamp floaters out of the town.
Also whoever downvoted this thread needs to get bent. It's clearly just for fun.
^ This. Those were some of the sickest special teams hits in one single game I've seen. Seemed like every kickoff return an Auburn player was getting jacked up. It was hard to watch.
What up Scoot
