Any one else getting nervous that we still have only hired two new coaches, Lashlee was not really a new hire since he was coming with Gus, so no big deal with him?

Not nervous at all as long as we ware waiting on a DL coach with initials TR.

I agree with you, i love the GUS hire but starting to worry about him bringing alot of AC coaches with a bunch of Ark. ties (Horton, and J.B Grimes) just to name a couple. I know they are suppose to great Coaches but, if you get behind on the recruiting front we will be hurting pretty bad. I would like to see him go after a couple of Coaches that where at the other big SEC/ACC school would could coach and recruit ( Porter/RB, Cristobal/OL, Chuck Smith/DL but i would prefer Rocker, Sal/LB and maybe Willis/LB) just to name a few

Not nervous, no. Possibly anxious with excitement but no actual anxiety. Gus will get the guys on staff he wants and its already intriguing seeing his recruiting of top JUCO talent to help us right away....

No worries, here. Watching Gus work hard is fine with me. He knows where he is going...and that is in the direction of championships. Some will fear that and not come along. To say " we will be going for championships" , and mean it, takes vision, desire, and then effort. Some will be afraid to head in that direction, because accountability comes with it. We want the un-afraid.

It certainly seems like its taking a lot longer than it should. Outside of waiting on a NFL guy this staff should be complete by now. Not sure why its not.
