I know you probably will not be able to answer this and you probably will just flat out ignore my post because I know you are busy with all this but.....You have said we need to look south to Urban Myer? Can you explain this a little more than just a simple statement that you have left us with. If you are correct and this is where it all started I sure hope we can win out and we see UF in the SEC championship game. That will be as a whole unit the greatest game, you, me, or anyone else will have ever seen.

What are reasons why Meyer would want to create this hullabaloo?

His motives are simple-- recruiting (hello Mr. Blakely!) and CUM's a petty, sad man who doesn't like the fact Newton is making him look silly. It would be hard to find two more despicable human beings than Urban and Saban.

When there Coaching lives are over they will look around and see how sad and sorry there lives are Surely No one likes are associates with either of them because of their congenial personalities.

Well, if someone paid for Newton's services, Meyer would suddenly not look so dumb for letting him get away. Also, if he does face Auburn in the SEC title game, he'd be playing a team that paid for their star, so losing to them would also not look so bad.
He's been dealing with "do you wish you had Cam Newton?" questions for weeks, maybe he got sick of hearing them and decided to make them go away....which they have.
