  • McClain was the target of a lawsuit in November and is being sued for allegedly hitting a University of Alabama student with his car in 2008.

Why the heck didn't we hear about this? Where were the local and national media jumping all over this kid's case for being a horrible person. They've slammed Cam and Fairley...and neither of them tried to run over someone...well I mean run over someone off the field that is!

  • I hear what you're saying. McClain had some issues stemming from a fight( he threw a guy in a deep fryer) in HS. Now I believe in second chances and redemption as much as any body, but it's too selective in who they come after. Just report the news, let us draw our own conclusions. Based on the story he may have been a victim is this incident. and the accident in T-Town may just have been an accident. Still you'd think this would have made some news.

  • From my brother-in-law who's a cop in Decatur...

"He didn't want to cooperate AT ALL. We're pretty sure he knows who was behind this, but he just gave us the cold shoulder. He'll end up in jail eventually, it's only a matter of time."

The last sentence made me laugh simply because in addition to being a cop, he's also an UAT grad. I guess "they" don't all think he's a great guy.

Too many facts involved and not enough speculation and rumor to work with?
