I've read more whining, speculating, and proselytizing in the last 24 hours than I would have ever thought possible on a board for Auburn "fans"...all in response to a couple of unconfirmed rumors, twisted into wild innuendo about the competency of our coaching staff. To those of you "chicken littles" here who insist the sky is falling at the first hint of every move you don't understand, it's not that the rest of us only want to see sunshine and smiles here, but that we are simply too level headed to freak out and start calling for coaches' heads after game one of this season.

I, for one, won't be trolled into further argument with you. I hope that the rest of the Auburn Faithful here will join me in ignoring the idiocy of your postings and focusing on enjoying what still promises to be a fun football season.
