Who gets the credit

next year when we start winning, The old staff that recruited the talent or the current staff that is coaching them? Some might argue that they are just now developing physically etc. I believe the current staff should receive the accolades because they would be the ones to achieve positive results. You can also factor in any true freshmen contributing next year to the new staff as well. Any thoughts?

Coaching (or lack of) shines through the guys on the field. Good to have the play-makers, and thanks to the previous crew CGM has some men to work with. BUT, if there is a turn around next year then the credit should totally go to coaches.

The credit with Chizik and staff will stop at the point of "Well...They got em here, right?" Other than that, what credit do they deserve? They didn't develop anyone what-so-ever. I'm not going to bad mouth them because they are gone and it's done with. But honestly, It'll be on Gus whether we win or lose with these guys because we know we have talent on this team. It just hasn't been shown the way.
