Great article BM but I hope you are wrong on Kwon. I know you have posted times that players are scheduled to commit but can you remind me, once again what time Kozan is scheduled on Sunday and a possible location (also if it will be open to the public). Only about an 1 ½ - 2 hrs from me and I don’t think I have plans Sunday.

Bryan, does Kwon not care that Bama and LSU each already have 5-6 linebackers committed? Why wouldn't he want to be one of 3 LBs with AU under our new DC?

But these numbers do not include either Petersen or Brown. Does that mean the coaches will ask one or both of these recruits to wait until Diggs decides? Of these 24 or 26 depending upon how you look at it are there any prep school or Junior College sign and places due to poor grades? Thanks for all you do.

Auburn has 63 scholarship players (including Shon Coleman) returning for the 2012 season. Blake Burgess and Ikeem Means could return to walk-on status next season so we can get 24 scholarships available for Auburn including a transfer fullback Jay Prosch. It will bring us to 85 scholarship players on the roster.

If we get Louis and Darby, then I think we will get Goldman. I also feel we will get Diamond,
so that will bring our number to 26. Bryan, if we don't get Alexander, don't we have enough
players at LB for 2012? Thanks.

Bryan, you have only 24 listed. I took your list and added Goldman with it to make 25, and compared that to all 4 big recruiting sites and that was place us from #1 to #5 on each of the sites, depending on what the other teams do. WE!

If everything holds as you see here Bryan that would be great. But, if I may be a little greedy adding Armistead or Goldman on the DL and an additional LB (B. Brown come on Down) would be fantastic.
My only disappointment if any would be that we might be falling shy on the DL and LBs. I like the five you see signing, but I would have liked to have seen Auburn build more depth at these positions. On the other hand if we close with these DBs and add them to our current roster, then HOLY COW, WOW! Our future would look very bright in the Defensive Backfield, WHOA.
Curious questions. Why do you think Auburn has only one LB they might consider besides Kwon? And why aren’t you a little more optimistic on Goldman or Armistead? Is it that you would rather be surprised than to speculate on a commit from either of these two 5 stars, or do you think we are that much of a longshot?

Cass and Holsey are elite at linebacker and DB, we already have them.

I hope there are some surprises such as Goldman. If we were to miss both him and Darby, that would leave us a class with no 5 stars. This flys in the face of the "experts" saying the year after the nat'l championship should reap huge dividends.

Is not Diggs a 5 star? BM does not like our chances on Darby, but he might be sandbagging on Goldman.
