I hope he keeps the entire offensive staff, minus CSL. Look at how our line played in '10, if Grimes can get that from the current group we'll be in good shape.

He better make big changes. The problem with Gus is he does not have cred with the assistants we need. Pray that some of our former Aub players that are coaches will return on the defensive side of the ball.

High quality coaches. Get rid of the whole staff except Troop. Hire Craig, not lashlee. We need something good to happen

I believe Phillip has indicated previously that Grimes probably would move on if Gus were hired. I believe he indicated that Gus preferred the man to man scheme whereas Grimes prefers the zone-blocking scheme.
