Thank you Ron for that great insight into what "total control" really means. Opened my eyes. You mentioned Stoops and Saban. Are there any other coaches that have total control other than those two?
Thanks Ron......very good stuff. I thought "Total Control" meant the head football coach reported to no one except the President. It means more than that.
Why would you not give the head football coach this type of control? As Ron said, football, not soccer, not swimming, not volleyball, not baseball, and not even basketball, pays the bills.
