They are going to say the two previous years defensive performances (fact) and the lack of developing talent (misinformed opinion). They will be wrong. If those issues are still here in December of 2013 then they will be right.

I don't really care what people are saying on the other threads I was asking to see if I could get a legitament answer to understand why, which I haven't read on any other threads. This post is about trying to understand how hiring someone new isn't taking a step backwards. And if you have already posted about this on another thread there isn't anything on here that says you have to post on this one.
