I believe you can answer that question by listening to words he has said in an address or in an interviews. We may believe that he has recruited staff that does have one heart, and one vision. These are not thoughtless words at all. So when our O-Line coach says he doesn't intend to get his players in shape ro play a no hudde offense, he expects the C ad S coach to send him guys in the condition that the fast no huddle offense demands. To put it a little further down the pike, the players better give the C and S Coach to send him what
it takes to meet offensive obligation. It's very possible that the O-Line coach saw tapes of last years games and even the previous tapes, and concluded that some of these players were not exactly attuned to conditioning as they should have been, not only for an offensive line. I have a feeling that coordinators and position coaches are not likely to tolerate any athlete that isn't sold on the idea that conditioning and strength are their responsibilities and not a product that will be assumed to be an output of C and S coaches efforts alone. There may be some lack of polish seen, but lack of tough won't be apparent. All conjecture, but is it an other hurdle hurdle that Malzahn must face?
