If you compare these videos with the same people from last year, I can see a different body language, confidence and intensity (plus these guys are more cut by a bunch). Interviews last year everyone seemed apologetic and meek. I would like to see a video with Frazier.......last year he looked lost (no confidence) and like he was in a corner being punched out. I expect we might see a much different person already this year! Go get 'em Kiehl. WDE

Dang AuTiger - give us a break. I understand your sentiment, but it is a new day. You don't wait on the results, you promote a disciplined, positive, team, excitement ahead of time and the results come. They know the requirements have heightened and they are reaching towards them and proud of their efforts and happy to be having positive discussions. These guys are more embarrassed than any of us about last year. They were the ones feeling the failure directly. Now they have a positive environment to feed off of and that will bring the results. Jump on the Gus Bus........it's all positive man!!
