Love his defensive philosophy, think I posted yesterday morning that I hoped for a DC that was aggressive with a 4-3 scheme that showed 3-4 elements, bigger linebackers is a huge plus...he is gonna love the talent that he already has to work with, the defensive boys better be working hard with Yox over the next two months!!! WDE

Great article BM.
The one thing that concerns me a little is the pressure. Chiz is not one to do a lot of blitzing normally and I hope they can find a happy medium.

I am pretty confident after this season and Roof and Chizik not seeing eye to eye that he isn't going to let that become a problem again.
