Talked to two RB's today and both looked like they just had their butts kicked. They said that today's workout was 100 times tougher than anything they did last year. But they also said that Coach Russell actually made the workout fun and that players weren't even thinking about it being a real workout. Guys were having fun and enjoying themselves and that actually created more spirited and competitive environment, something they felt had been missing under Yox for the past few years.
