My husband has been asking the same question about the uniforms for the game. Are they going to be something special for this very special event and why hasn't Underarmour announced anything? Oregon showed theirs several weeks ago. Really wish we would rise to this challenge also. Auburn has very classy uniforms but this game needs more than just having an extra logo sewn on.

my english was bad, and tring to post off cell phone not that easy and no spell checker.All I was saying was why UnderArmour and Auburn didnt want to do anything with uniforms bc all we heard was about Oregon and their uniforms with Nike.It just seems that Underarmour being in their 1st title game and with nike being big deal over Oregon and thier fast uniforms.Underarmour would have done something .

I'd love to see every Auburn player with a military unit patch on his jersey.
Just as Cam thanked our troops (Heisman speech), this would show patriotism and support for our warfighters.
Also, I hope our classic uniforms continue...simple, traditional, and ... no cutesy swishes or flashes.

I'd like to see our traditional uniforms with a twist. An underlying digital camo pattern in the blue jerseys, maybe a flat matte white helmet paint - Kevlar style?\

Maybe throw some little white semi-gloss AU logo into the numbers, and some hinted tiger eyes in the orange stripe?

You can do traditional with a twist and keep everyone happy. No question the players like to wear stuff like that. It feels ... special.

We don't have to get exotic. That's Oregon's deal.

Now, I feel VERY confident that the coaches and trainers will all be wearing some pretty nice stuff.

I seen a pic of our home jerseys with blue pants and in my opinion it looks pretty sharp. But for this game I wouldnt change anything with our uniforms. Thats something we could try during the season.

An eagle will be flying at the BCSCG, but it's not one of Auburns as of a couple of weeks ago. That was planned longed before anyone knew AU would be in the game.

Under Armour can send all the prototype uni's they want, but AU has made it quite clear "tradition is not for sale." The only thing different about the BCSCG uni's is the game patch--Thank GAWD!

I agree with everyone post about uniforms I would keep the same uniforms ,i like the glove idea hope coach get a new jacket besides that white one,I really thought UnderArmour could of took a shot at Nike about big deal they made over oregon uniforms added alittle bit fun with game.I back UnderArmour 100% love all their gear and I stand by it wear something of theirs daily.And for person cld me a Bammer get real.Am 32 yrs old and been a Die Hard Au fan sense I could walk.I never got the chance to go to school at Auburn would have Love too.I have supported Au every way I can.It was just like a punch in the face by Tyson when I READ THAT.Glad to hear there will be a Eagle flying it will still be ours to cheer for.I would give anything to go but just couldnt make it happen spent to much on Conference game so I will be watching from home.War Damn Eagle

Oh my goodness gracious here we have been invited to the event of the YEAR out in Phoenix and all we have to wear are those SAME old outfits we've been wearing since the Nineteen Sixties. It will be just so EMBARRASSING to have to wear that same motif again when the other guests of honor who are coming from OREGON you know will be just GLITTERING in their new chartreuse stockings and other accessories. I can hear them SNICKERING now and whispering about how GAUCHE we are. Oh I am MORTIFIED already.

Real teams wear Uniforms, not Outfits.

Obviously DGreggH you must feel you were being confrontational. I agree with the other comments that this is a football game and not a fashion show, however, as has also been said many time, this is a history maker for Auburn. Not sure how the uniform could be changed and know that at this point it won't. The new gloves and shoes will do. As I mentioned, it was not my question to begin with but my husband's who is about as dye-hard as they get. Obviously my statement upset you or someone as I got downgraded. Sorry if I offended.
