Let me start off by saying that I haven't visited al.com in a long time so I thought I would get their spin on Auburn's A-Day game and the three Heisman winners being at the ceremony together. Here are the results.
Scrolled through NINE uatea/sabin stories before Auburn was mentioned. It was an article about the Goodwin trial.
Scrolled through another FIVE articles about uatea/sabin before Auburn was mentioned again. You guessed it, the Goodwin trial again.
Finally I found an Auburn A-Day article.
That's FOURTEEN uatea/sabin articles and THREE Goodwin Trial articles before ONE Auburn A-Day game article.
That's why I pay the big bucks to be on AUC.....

I normally go to Al.com for local news...the obits, etc, rarely do I check out their sports, but couldn't help but notice that the Goodwin trial seem to catch their eye.
Personnally I'm not into comparing which school gets the most ink, yet it's strange that the Goodwin trial has been their primary vocus on AU.
I don't read much al.com, but you do realize you don't have to look at the bama mess.
This will give you (I would say all Auburn, but we know better) mostly Auburn news.
Also, IMO I believe we receive a bargain for AUC! $10 is nothing to pay so I DON'T have to read al.com articles! Thanks RS, PM, and BM!
I do okay over there as long as I don't get sucked into reading the comments. But, like you, after joining AUC I have found little reason to visit that site.
FREE AT LAST!
An occassional visit to al.com really makes you thankful for this site, best money I have spent in a while
Today is a great day to love Auburn, a little better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow.
