If Auburn is going to improve in basketball, then they need more talented players and more "bigs" with skills. Ron Chubb is very limited in what he can do even though he is a very hard worker and tends to get into foul trouble when guarding the other 5 man. Frankly, the talent level on the rest of the team, as one coach told me, is simply not that high. Hopefully, this class has the shooting guard we need, the true point guard who can shoot fouls and a big man who can score, rebound and defend the other team's big man. If we miss on both big men, it will be tough to improve in the SEC, but not impossible. The quick turn around I envisioned with Coach Barbee due to his recruiting skills has just not materialized yet.
