It's going to be hard to keep trooper, he is a top recruiter and will be a great head coach some day, in the meantime I can't wait to see another great recruitng class from this staff. War Eagle

If some things are as bad as some think, the staff would be working hard to lower expectations this week. If expectations are high but fall short, it hurts their credibility can lower their job security. It greatly encourages me to hear the coaches continuing to talk this class up.

There is little doubt in Coach Taylor's mind. Perhaps it's because he doesn't doubt the effort that Auburn has put into recruiting. Why the effort? I've said it many times. It's not a meaningless cliche, it's a mantra. Recruiting is whether you have a paycheck or an enduring program. Do I respect this group: You bet I do, every one of them. And the new additions. Even when we don't, Chizik knows what it's all about. A chuckle or two won't hurt us.
