The new OC will interview any current staff members that want to be a part of the staff. I hope that Trooper is retained, he knows what Gus expects, recruits well and is a tougher disciplinarian than most believe. If Gus and Rhett want Trooper, then I am 100% for it.

Either way Trooper has done a lot for Auburn and I appreciate all his efforts.

Why? To wave the towel? to not develop anyone? to show favoritism to players? Get players out of trouble?

1. I will give the man this. He can recruit with the best of them, if not the best out there at it.

2. He does get kids pumped on the sideline during the game.(When times are good)
