Obviously other coaches have been preaching this to him, and now he fully believes he can go anywhere he wants, and make it to the NFL, which is completely true. He is no longer brainwashed by saban into thinking saban is the only person who can get him to the big leagues.

I have been away for the weekend and just had a chance to hear video and read posts. All I can say is that I hope the young man does well in high school and prepares himself for the future. Coach Luper's son sounds like a very positive influence to help Rueben through high school regardless of his college decision.
He said he originally committed to Alabama because of the prostyle of Saban and Smart but also said that he has since learned other options will also work. I read the interview as him being pretty open to consider other options. Obviously, I think Auburn is the best place for him to develop in life and prepare for the nfl. I wish him the best.
