I don't down vote because I disagree with an individual. In one case I've even down voted an individual that I essentially agreed with. I reserve my down votes for excessive use of vulgarity, calling names, or what I see as totally anti-Auburn statements. That's my policy and I don't foresee changing it. Lately I've used quite a few of them.
I do up vote based on opinion. A strong agree will get one, anything else gets none.
