    Did someone's down vote stop you from posting your opinion? This post you've written sounds like you're complaining that down votes have somehow prevented you from posting your thoughts.

    That's obviously not how the up and down voting works. It doesn't keep you from saying anything at all. Forum rules or a mod might keep you from saying certain things, but down votes certainly don't....so I'm not sure what you're complaining about. Do you just not like the down votes?

    And really, anyone that really pays attention on here long enough will notice that you can darn near say anything at all about anyone or anything, as long as you take time to say it with respect, with reason or reasonable explanation, and with something resembling humility (or at least a lack of a certain attitude).

    However, it is also true that if you keep harping on the same thing or the keep running out posts and threads with a constantly antagonistic or negative attitude, people will just get sick of it and might down vote you just because they are sharing their opinion on your opinion....which is kind of the point of the voting thing.

    Don't like it? Don't post the same kind of stuff. If you don't care about it....keep posting away, no one is preventing you from sharing our opinions.

  • The fasted way to get down vote...............complain about getting down votes.

    If you get down voted due to unpopular statements, negative opinions, or your a horses @ss........please don't whine about it. Hey, it happens sometimes. With the 2012 season it was hard to stay positive and not get upset. All the same, nobody likes a whiner.

    Yep... that's it. That's what the up and down arrows are for. Do we like it, or do we not like it. If we like it, we will give you an 'up' vote. But, if we don't like it, we give you a 'down' vote. Pure and simple.

    If the "masses" give you a down vote, you might see if you are standing in the pig slop or bammer slop. Those arrows will tell you.
