Not an Auburn grad; just a fan. I've visited a lot of campuses, though, and without question Auburn's is one of the most beautiful you will find anywhere.

Graduated March of 1993. Decended from a long line of non grads who were and still are the most devoted Auburn men and women I know! The Auburn spirit lives strong in anyone and everyone who lets it into their heart! War Eagle!

My dad and adopted uncle graduated from Auburn. My dad graduated in 1939 - Joseph Justin Chastain, Sr. My adopted uncle was Baker Riddle and played for the Auburn Tigers WITH Shug Jordan but left to go into WWII and returned to graduate.(Uncle Baker lived with our family from the age of 13 until adulthood) My other uncle, Leroy Chastain, brought my grandmother, Anna Chastain, to all the Auburn home games as well at to the Georgia Tech games and some of the players dubbed her "Maw Chastain". She followed Auburn football until her death at the age of 97.
On the other side of my family, my uncle Jim Coleman was the sports information director for AU in the late 50s. As for me, I graduated from Auburn in 1996!!! (We have a HUGE family - 9 on my father's side and 8 on my mother's side and many, many many cousins have graduated from AU) I am the youngest of the first cousins....

Some of the best Auburn fans I know did not attend school there. That being said, I was just curious about the backgrounds of the Auburn family on this board.
I attended Auburn 1957-1961, and graduated in December 1961. (Argh...that is 50 years ago.)

March 1986. My daughter is currently a student.

My two older cousins went to Auburn during my cognitive years, they won me over in spite of my immediate family being primarily Alabama fans. I think I would have gotten it right without my cousins influence though........ I've been to many home games over the years, I also attended the last Iron Bowl at Legion Field.

1981 BSCE....season ticket holder since 1982. My daughter will enroll next fall and my son the fall after that.
