I said that was an option and still is. So is Auburn signing two big backs if two of the top ones want to come. There's nothing written in stone on the projections and numbers at each position. There's flexibility depending on who Auburn can land.

In my projections, I think Auburn signing one (Wilkins) is the most likely scenario at this time.

A lot of evaluators look at it like the NFL Draft. 5-star are 1st round picks, 4-stars are draft picks and 3-stars are good college football players. Not many kickers are taken in the draft so few are ranked better than 3-stars. Part of the reason for that is there are so few kicking jobs available in the NFL each year because kickers can last 20 or more years.

Also, there are still relatively few kickers that sign scholarships. Most still have to earn their way by walking-on and winning a starting job.

I thought Our kickers did get scholarships , am I wrong ?

i don't really understand that philosophy. Kickers can actually change a game more than any one individual.
