Going out on a limb for Reuben Foster?

Wow Adams and Foster..... That would be a haul.

It would certainly help Auburn with Bigelow but I still think he'll stick with USC. If Auburn can get him down for a couple of visits, my opinion may change.

It's hard for me to not be skeptical about Foster coming to Auburn.

Still very fresh in my mind when Eddie Goldman, Leonard Williams, Channing Ward, Kwon Alexaner, Deon Bush, Ronald Darby, Stefon Diggs, etc were all projected to sign with Auburn.

This isn't a knock on Bryan at all, just stating the point that who the hell really knows what these recruits are thinking?? Obviously some of the coaches were convinced many of those guys were coming to Auburn before NSD, otherwise Bryan wouldn't come out and say we would sign them. My point is that even the coaches can only guess at some of the recruits.

Yes, everything looks great right now with Foster. He's becoming best boys with Liner, Earnest, and Trey. Hangs out at the athletic complex all the time, etc etc.

BUT. and its a big BUT. He is comitted to alabama right now.

So my point in all of this, don't get too attached and start loving Reuben too much yet. As we saw last year, some times even our most loved recruits quickly can become our worst enemey in a single day.

All predictions at this time of year should be taken with a grain of salt. There a long way until Signing Day and much can change. However, I think my Signing Day final predictions turned out pretty good last year (linked below) and I was also early in saying Jordan Diamond was likely headed to Auburn and Stefon Diggs was headed elsewhere.

When is Liner going to get his fifth star? Also, do you think we're going to offer Jonathen Cook and what about Tray Matthews recent comments on twitter about playing with Foster?

On Adams Mr. Bryan, I've heard Clemson leads. Do you feel 50/50 giving Auburn the edge or do you feel he is leaning towards us right now?

Kwon was never going to Auburn. He grew up a bama fan and wanted to go there until they shunned him. Eddie Goldman wasn't a lock. Leonard Williams was projected. Channing Ward was close. Auburn got it in late with Darby and never was the frontrunner. Deon bush wanted to stay home. Diggs wanted to be a big fish in a small pond. But going back two years, Auburn has snagged Jermaine Whitehead, Mike Blakely, Corey Grant, Corey Lemonier, Ricardo Louis, Alex Kozan, Craig Sanders, and C. Westerman from the clutches of other teams. Look at the positives. In big boy recruiting, you win some and you lose some.
