Im starting to think troop and loop did more recruiting on behalf of troop and loop than Auburn. I think Auburn coaches need to start recruiting players to Auburn and NOT to themselves.

Stop it... Just stop it. They are professionals and, yes, they are the ones who built relationships with these guys. Of course these players are leaving when they whole entire group that recruited them is gone. Who didn't know this was going to happen as soon as Trooper was fired.

That being said, so much for the whole Auburn Family thing that Foster has been yelling about and talking about sticking together through it all...

Last time i checked trooper taylor isnt at georgia, lsu or alabama. Crazy reason to decommit from a school.

We obviously knew that we would lose some recruits when we changed head coaches. However, I'm of the persuasion that we actually want recruits who really WANT to play for Auburn, and not just a particular position coach. Will that be a problem in the short run? Yes, it will. However, I also believe we have enough prima donnas on the team as it is, and don't need a new slew of them. Get good players who'll be a part of Auburn, not someone to hang out, party and say they play football on the side. We've had enough of those over the past couple of years. I honestly think too many of these 4 and 5 star players get the big head and think they're bigger than the schools recruiting them, and can dictate their own terms. And maybe some can - but I don't really want those type at Auburn. Let CGM get who HE wants, not who someone else wanted. WDE!!
