Nothing shocking there.... He will make them better... Maybe up to a 5 game winner each year, maybe they can get bowl eligible for his senior season.... But... Can't fault him for staying home.

Do we really need the most unauburn like ego I've witnessed in years? What's he going to be like if his butt isn't washed, dried, powdered, and kissed daily? I apologize for a negative attitude directed to a kid that has nothing but a great highschool football career to his credit. I'd like to see a little more than that and I don't.

Thanks for the update Bryan. Even my wife was interested in this outcome. Too bad that he did not chose us, but if the hometown crowd is pushing that weighs heaily on a local kid. Well, it is on to Spring Practice and seeing how the kids adjust to the new offensive and defensive coaches. We actually have a lot of potential in recruits so it is up to them to step up.

I am sorry, that is. Sorry I wasted the time I did following this recruiting odyssey. Hard not to, when every time I'd check Auburn247 Sports.com everyone was making such a big deal over where this kid might sign. It's okay he is at Maryland, better than Florida or Ohio State.
We got JaQuay who is about just as good I would think. Not to mention Ricardo Loius.
