I've always wanted to take the eagle statue that used to be in front of BEMC and enlarge it by 10x and then place it in the North Endzone over hanging above the stands as if it was flying down into the stadium to land. Would bring a whole new element to the myth/legend that is the story of the War Eagle circling the stadium against UGA on the final TD drive to win the game. Also, being that that is the end in which the visitors locker room is and where they warm up, it would be an awe inspiring, intimidating sight to see as an opposing coach/player/fan. JMHO
PS I realize my idea doesn't go outside of the stadium, but this is what I would do if I had the power and money to do it.
