Special teams has been a bright spot for us the past few years with Coach Boul running the show. I hope CGM keeps putting an emphasis on it.
My question is how exactly is the special teams coach/coord selected? Does the head coach specifically seek out someone for his staff to run special teams or does he hire a bunch of good position coaches/recruiters and then choose who he thinks is the best fit to run ST?
