Driving home during my usually nightmare of a commute, wasn't really paying attention to cars around me but saw a car up ahead with flags flying. Figure it was some obnoxious dawg fan or they were falcons flags since we play the saints tonight. But when it flapped a certain way, I was like wait a minute, is it-nope-wait-yes it is a tried and true, orange and blue car flag. Kind of like a phoenix rising out of the ashes :-) Proves that we may get knocked around once in a while but we don't stay down for long and when we come back, we come back hard and we come back strong. Right now, I don't care who our new coach is (okay, I lie) but I'm ready to hire someone and get this puppy turned around and start kicking some serious a$$ again. As long as the wait seemed before Chiz was fired and now the wait to hire a new coach, I think the wait until a new season starts to get the bad taste of this one out of our mouths will seem like centuries.

I went to the courthouse in Dadeville today to pay my property tax. As usual for this time of year I had my Tiger Eyes (this year's hat) on and my orange a bluer flag flying on the car. Earlier this week when I went to Wal Mart in Alex City I saw quite a few of my fellow Tigers wearing their colors in the store. They might win a game but they can't make us give up!
Good friends are hard to find. Enjoy every moment you have with them.
