Was reading on cfn.com where they were ranking the off-season coordinator hires in college football. And number 1 was Clemson hiring Brent Venables. The final sentence of the review said:

"This is the kind of fresh start that could result in increased exposure and a stepping stone to a long-awaited head job."

I e-mailed the writer and told him I knew getting a good gig like this had perks, but didn't realize it could result in getting a fellow that long-awaited "HEAD JOB" he'd always been wanting!!!

Had to thank him for the laugh at 4A.M., while I was sitting here at work. Woke me up a little bit......
