Over the last two days I started tracking how many negative (by my definition) posts have been made on 18 different threads I read. I also, wrote down the profile names of that negative posters, as well as, how many members were on the board at that time. I will tell you that this is a very loose statistical analysis but is an indicator of what might be happening. My results
18 Topics: Average On the Board at time of reading topic- 1,624: Number of negative posts for the 18 Topics - 108. Number of total posts for the 18 Topics - 612: Number of negative profile names - 16 (I listed a name only once even if they had more than one negative post)

Based on the above numbers:
1- 16 members out of 1,624 members are making negative posts or .985% of the on line members to the board.
2- Average negative posts per topic 6; Average negative posts by a negative name 6.75
3- Percentage negative posts to total posts 6.65%

I am always amused how so few can irritate so many with their negativity. What I always know, is that there is a Silent Majority who ignore the few. For those who proclaim they have a right to post their negative views, you may be vocal but you do not speak for the majority. So quit acting like you are. You're just noise.
