  • If we havent gotten any vibes one way or another im not expecting Armstead to choose Auburn. There just hasn't been much positive info recently. Especially concerning his brother's waiver which was the only hope we really had.

  • While I too would love to see a snowball of big commitments begin today, I have a feeling the next few days will brings its share of disappointments as well as good news. This staff has raised the bar pretty high and we'll no doubt finish with a top ten class - let's please all remain positive if we don't sign every guy we're hoping for. Personally, I don't have a good feeling about Armstead but am hopeful for Kozan.

    Ditto what he said, I think it is amazing that we even got a top ten player to consider leaving the west coast. that is a long way for parents to travel. The culture in the south is extremely different than the west coast.

    We are developing new relationships out west and will be bringing in these top players in the future. Four years ago, I don't think our coaches crossed the Mississippi very often. Hopefully Arik will be the first.(not counting Westerman who was the first big west coast prospect)

  • Armstead will come to Auburn... or he won't ..... no matter what we are the best School in America. If he is an Auburn man we will see him on the plains. If not.... I would rather have a two star that loves Auburn any way.

    Get ready to be shocked at how well we finish in recruiting. We have one of the best recruiting staffs in America. They know what they are doing.... Bank on it!!!
