If the void is obvious, Mr. Coates, then take initiative and fill it. Who said leadership has to come from the veterans? While I agree it SHOULD - If it's not, then it needs to come from somewhere. Why not some up-and-coming talented guys like Sammie...?

Bottom line is a job's got to be done, so get to work boys! Coaches can coach all they want, but the "coached" have to manifest it on the field.

I love when folks talk about what is wrong but dont try and fix it when they have the ability to do so. All this twitter talk of dudes being upset about playing time and no leadership....Then they do nothing.

Things are starting to become more clear to me as to why we look like we do. You can not always depoend on someone else to do things. Somtimes you just have to say to heck with it and do it yourself. If you dont do it yourself or cant....STFU and get to work trying to be part of the solution not the mouthpiece that says wht is worng then does nothing about it.

I have faith that SC is trying to do something....But dont "T.O" your QBs just to sound cool or to bite back on something that was said.
