Actually to set this straight this rumor came out about 1 week prior to the Alabama camp in which he attended. I heard this from a recruiting insider about 3 weeks ago. The way I understood it was fosters mind is made up on the transfer but auburn high coaches were trying to sway him to stay so who knows. He also told me that the NCAA has been notified on the subject for any funny business that could happen during a persuasive period.

You would think you could hang your hat on the fact that the mom sign a 12 month lease but if push come to shove the lease is not worth the paper it's written on. I know, I have several rental properties and have been burned a couple of times with my only recourse being a judgement which I HOPE to collect someday. The 12 month lease is a good indicator but not a guarantee.

Ok, it may not happen but my information that I get is very good stuff. If he says it, it is a work in progress or at least thought about to an extensive degree. Like I said who knows if it will happen but my information is usually correct.
