Anyone else here there is a rumor this kid after his camp in Tuscaloser this week he has informed his Auburn highshool coaches he plans to transfrer to smiths station where amazingly his aunt just moved into a new house and his old high school coach was just hired to coach. Has anyone heard anything about this.??????

Nope, this is new to me. Not surprised that this rumor came about after a turd camp tho. I'll believe it when it's official but I'm still not worried. I don't think Foster will give in to the pressures of the turd coaching staff to do anything he doesn't want to do. He attended Big Cat and you know bama didn't want him to and tried to convience him not to go then a week later he is showing Trey Matthews around on his visit decked out in AU gear. Add in the friendships he's made at AHS and the hassel to transfer for the 2nd time in less than a year.... I just don't see it but I could be wrong.

Not true. His mom just signed a 12-month lease in Auburn. Looks like they're locked in.

That's good news. BUT, the dirtballs and cheaters at alabama would pay it off in a heartbeat. Heck, they are probably paying it off anyways. It's what they do.

Oh look another thread about wether this 17yo is going to flip,commit, transfer schools and whatnot.......
Can we just not worry about it and move on? If he comes to AU then great if not WHO CARES ABOUT HIM... Is he better than Clowney from SCar? Is he more battle tested than say Corey Lemonier?
I know that I dont need to pontificate what he will be in college and I dont need to say he is NOT going to be amazing. But at this point in the game what does it matter what he tweets, posts to FB or says to his "Friends"...IT DOESNT MATTER. He is 17yrs old and will change his mind like he changes his underpants.
We are better than one player, we are better than fretting over ONE player. WE ARE AUBURN thats all I need to know. Come here, dont come here....AU WILL STILL BE AU and I will be ALL IN FOREVER!! NO MATTER WHAT!

But Bryan if he is moving to his aunt's "new" house what would it matter where his mom has signed a 12 month lease? Of course I'm not saying this is true but just looking at the rumor.
Can you transfer in-state schools and still be eligible to play that same season? He went through spring ball but I would think that the season is much more important. Not only that but my source, from Troup High School, says that although Reuben is a wonderful person and very driven in football and the weight room, he is not the sharpest nail. My source felt like he would really struggle in the Auburn school system... academically. Perhaps this is a move of necessity rather than a REC (OH MY GOD THE SKY IS FALLING AND ITS bama's FAULT) moment.
