I believe I read, a week or so back, that you didn't think that Chizik's philosophy was good for sustaining a program. I interpreted one of your reasons for feeling this way was that Chizik hired mostly recruiters instead of guys who were better coaches and had good chemistry with one another. I apologize if I have any of this wrong but I wanted to ask you if you have yet been able to form an opinion on Malzahn's philosphies of assembling a staff and building/sustaining a program?
Thanks and WDE
