We have heard nothing but positives from Reuben since he de-committed. I don't blame him for de-committing when everyone he had a relationship with was gone in a flash. And I don't blame him for now taking his official visits, a chance to go places he has never been, see things he has never seen and be treated like an All-Star. He doesn't spend all that time around the campus, with players, recruits and coaches for nothing.... I truly feel that he is ours on NSD WDE

Again, a couple of his best friends dads lost their jobs. It takes some time for that to soak in. Especially for a HS senior. He had a ton of emotions and he is working through those. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't take any visits except us, then again he may take them all. But in the end, he is a Tiger!!!

Could somebody remind me what exactly Reuben said about the coaches being fired? Did he not say he would decommit from Auburn? I don't recall him saying he would go to school somewhere else. If I remember correctly, he simply said he would decommit. If that's what he said, then he's kept his word the entire time on that aspect of everything.

Rueben has it together more than some give him credit for (haters). The majority of the AU fans know this. He is an emotional young man which enhances his play - why he is such a baller on game days! He made an emotional decision which can be understood looking at the circumstances and has chose to take the time and energy to properly re-evaluate his decision. I am sure Mom and her life experience had a lot to do with the re-evaluation also. He will follow his heart and do what is best for him and his cute daughter (so cute in that AU cheerleader costume!!) Hope to see him on the Plains - my vote is we will. WDE

PS - want to point out that during the recent interview video with Carl, Dee and Earnest, several questioned him leaving. 1. Believe he was called away, see Earnest's gesture with his right hand, and 2. believe he was also being polite not coming back into the picture while the other commits were discussing their points. My thoughts........
