Clemson was stomped in epic proportions, why do feel the need to drag us into it?

The bowl game also will more than likely end espn's flirtation with ol' Dabo for a while. Their egos can't handle being associated with losers and now with Dabo losing big time, its over.

Check through the 500 "Dabo sucks" threads that littered the board in the last 24 hours and you won't find a single comment by me....so you can edit your last post at any time to eliminate me from your definition of how people on this board were raised.

Now go back and apply the same "Shug" logic to your original post and ask yourself how he'd feel about trash talking to your own Auburn family and other Auburn fans. You think he'd be proud of your post? Maybe if you had taken your premise and applied a little tact and class to it, you could have simply suggested that Auburn fans remain humble and quiet given the fact that we lost to that Clemson team. It's often not so much what you say, but how you say it. I'm sure Shug would have a different way to address Auburn fans than the way you did in your post.

Your post actually comes across as trash talking to us, which makes WAY less sense than some people on here enjoying a disliked foe getting their butts handed to them.

To me, it isn't even trash talk if Clemson fans aren't even here to read it. I mean, this is Auburn fans talking to other Auburn fans. This isn't a Clemson board filled with "ha ha, you lost" threads started by Auburn fans.

I just think you need to re-think who is actually doing the trash talking.

I have to admit, I scrolled down, saw the title and had to laugh. I was happy before, and I'm happy now, not any more or less because of your post.

I just don't get why it amuses you to say things in a way just to bother people. I mean, why do it here, on an Auburn board, with Auburn people? On some open board with fans from other schools, sure, mess with them, ruffle their feathers, have fun, amuse yourself all day. But why here?

Anyway, the way your post reads now...I bet if you had written that to begin with you would have had about 20 posts of people agreeing with you (including me). Not that you care, as your goal seems to be to get people to disagree with you, even when they would actually like to agree with you. So....carry on. Maybe even change it back if that's what makes you happy.
