Will be interesting to see how that plays out.
I am sure Miss St. will beat the drum on that as much as they can.
Wish I thought it would help Auburn in some way.....

This whole thing stinks of the Cam Newton/MSU-Dan Mullen deal. "Oh no! He might get a job closer to where his son goes to college! How dare a well-qualified doctor apply for a job near his son's school of choice where another players' dad will be his boss?!" I would be willing to bet it was a Miss State booster/alum that sent in that "anonymous email"....

This is just Coach Freeze paying forward what happened to him. He went from being a HS Football coach to an assistant at Ole Miss because he had a pretty good player, Michael "the Blind Side" Oher. If I remember right, Freeze was hired by Ole Miss less than a month after Oher signed.
Of course, this was not mentioned in the movie (which I really do like).
