He was the number one player in the country at his position. Those guys with those credentials didn't get there by accident. Wouldn't it be nice if he could push our potential All-American Lutzenkirchen for major playing time? Film at 11...2012.

The 5-stars are the best players in the nation regardless of position. 247Sports rated just 25 high school prospects 5-star last year that included 5 DE's, 4 DT's, 4 RB's, 3 WR's, 2 SAF's, 2 ATH's, 2 OT's, 1 QB, 1 OLB and 1 CB. There wasn't a TE, ILB, OG, C, PK, P or FB that was a 5-star in the 2012 class.
