I wonder if either of you would comment on his likelihood of staying around. I understand that the new HC will have final say, but it seems that this guy is a proven quantity. Given the ability to recruit more around his style of play, wouldn't that be a homerun for Auburn?

A proven quantity is exactly why I wouldn't want him. I don't quite understand the love for BVG by some Auburn fans. The product on the field should speak volumes. He took what was to be a talented defense and made them shameful, one of the worst defenses in Auburn history. He talks a good game in front of the camera, but it does not translate into results on the field with his players. Good riddance BVG!!!!

We all see what you see, but if you think BVG forgot how to coach in one year then you are delusional. Just like people blaming Roof for last years inept defense. BVG is a damn good coach. Just as Ted Roof is. With the right HC both of them can field excellent defenses.
