***Chizik brought Shon Coleman in front of the team before the start of practice and the players gave him a standing ovation. Both Jeff Whitaker and Trovon Reed, who lost their mother's to cancer, said Coleman was an inspiration and were thrilled with his return. Reed said Coleman had a big smile on his face all day.
***DL coach Mike Pelton said Whitaker, Dee Ford and LaDarius Owens were standouts during the scrimmage.
***WR Quan Bray said that Kiehl Frazier continues to impress and is a totally different QB from a year ago.
