I have no idea what happens behond closed doors, in meeting rooms or on the practice fields. I continue to hear, and the results certainly imply, that Gene Chizik meddles in his coordinators business. He supposedly did it quite heavily with Roof, Malzahn and Loeffler. Sounds like he may have attempted to do such with BVG. I would expect all head coaches give input/guidance to their coordinators and assistnants. Am I correct to assume that Chizik meddles much beyond that? If so, with as many coordinators as he has done this to, I would expect that he is not a very well liked head coach. How do his current and former coaches view him? Do you think there is any chance that Chizik would just let them do their jobs for the remainder of the year or is that just not going to happen. Given that he has done this so much for so long, it appears that it is just his style. Woud love to hear your input as this seems to be a hot topic.
