I know it's tough to take a step back and give an overall perspective of the beginning stages of the search, but can you give us your impressions so far? How does this compare with our last search or others? Do you have a sense as to the dynamic between Jacobs and the other search committee members or how they are operating? I'm trying to picture if the other committee members are working on this non-stop or if they have a one hour conference call each day.
