If you cant be honest....whats the point of being anything?
7-5, no big blowouts. Hoping for 8-4.
If we beat Miss St, I think 7-9 wins. If we don't, I think around 5-6 wins.
What don't kill you makes you stronger. Orange and Blue forever!
I was going to put a witty joke here, but I forgot bama fans still use picture books. So I thought I'd expedite the process for you...
I'm teetering back and forth between 8-5 and 7-6 bowl game included. As I still understand it, six wins when you are in the SEC is good enough for a bowl game. We have some definite losses. Some of you guys are just way too optimistic to where it borderlines arrogance. I'd say Saban is the top of the food chain right now in college football with the UA program. And, he went 6-6 his first season with Alabama.
Guys, it's going to take time to fix this mess. It won't happen over night. We should be happy with 8-5 for 2013. I'd say that would be a major victory for Gus and the crew. I realize Auburn's history, but the SEC has never been this damned tough. Texas A&M, Georgia, LSU, and Alabama are four definite losses this upcoming season. Mississippi State doesn't worry me so much this season as much as Ole Miss does.
That's a good coach they've got there. He's won everywhere he's been and he's continued that at Ole Miss. Arkansas is never a give me either as we always perform poorly it seems against them even when they're down it's a tough outing for us. Mississippi State will tough as well and Washington State being the first game of the season is an awful draw. I think we will go 7-6 winning our bowl game if six wins gets us into a bowl game.
My prediction? Pain.
