What's the biggest difference between being on the sideline every week and being the AD? What did you find to be the biggest adjustment?

As a head coach at what point do you make the change in mindset from giving your coordinators time to help their side of the ball in transitioning in their new scheme to accepting that the system is not working and major changes are needed?

What steps did you take to elevate the Oregon program to the level it was when you retired as head coach?

What is your opinion on all the rhetoric that we hear about how a team can't have a dynamic high tempo offense and a shutdown defense at the same time? Wouldn't Tebow's Florida teams be a good example of having both at the same time?

How much influence/impact does an AD actually have on a team's performance on the field? Aside from hiring the head coach.

What do your colleages view as the biggest problems related to Auburn University football program? IF you were trying to right the ship, what would be the first thing you would do? Thanks.
