Please Explain Sagarin Computer Ratings to Me

Sagarin has bammer #2 and OSU #3, but at the same time shows the following information:
Schedule Rank OSU 6th, bammer 23rd
Record vs top 10 OSU 2-0, bammer 1-1
Record vs top 30 OSU 6-1, bammer 2-1
What kind of garbage is fed into the computer that would justify bammer being higher than OSU?
