Playing "Dirty Santa" with bama friends

  • Last night at a Christmas party, with a lot of bammers, I pulled a fun Santa Dirty. All these people know I bleed O&A , so, it was not easy. My sweet wife carryed in a Bammer Xmas bag without getting noticed and got it into the gift pile. The game starts and third couple grabs it, " you know I gotta have this pretty one" said the husband. He could not help himself. Another says" Maybe, it's got BCS TIckets in it". The room was just waiting to see what form of bammer stuff was in it. The brand new Notre Dame hat was not what he wanted. LOL The AU people were in tears.... I will say they were good sports, but, I doubt we get invited next year.

    I love it. I wished I could have been at the party. Now I would like to tell my Alabama dirty
    Santa experience.

    It was 2005 and I found a chocolate brown bookend that was a bust of Bear Bryant. I paid
    $2.00 for it at a yardsale. I brought it to the party and it was the most coveted gift of the
    night. It changed hands several times. A Bama fan finally got the gift and he was shocked
    to learn that I brought the gift to the party.

    I think I'll try the ND hat at our party because we are 80% Alabama in my office. That will
    be priceless.
